Pack It Up:
Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll send you all the details you need to ship your item back to us. Please ensure the shoes are in their original condition, unworn, and in their original box. Don’t forget to include your order number or a copy of your receipt.
Send It Our Way:
Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. Please note, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds: Quick and Painless
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Additional Shipping Costs: If the exchange is for a different product or size, you’ll only need to cover the return shipping cost.
What If It’s Our Fault?
If we made a mistake with your order (say, sent the wrong size or a defective item), we’ll make it right—on us. We’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item, and we’ll send out the correct product as quickly as possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Worn or Damaged Items: Shoes that show signs of wear or damage that wasn’t present when they were shipped.
Customized Items: Any products that have been customized specifically for you.
